Let me take you back to a crisp winter evening. I was in the back seat of a car, coming home from a figure skating performance, when my brother asked me why I hadn’t skated as well as my friend. I didn't respond, but deep down, I knew—something was missing. My sparkle was gone. As I looked up at the sky, filled with the dazzling Aurora Borealis, hot tears streamed down my face. Not long after that, I lost my mom. I wasn’t even 15.
That night, that moment, ignited a quest—a lifelong search for healing, meaning, and belonging. I spent countless nights talking to the stars, seeking answers. I felt like an outsider in everything, but somehow, the constellations gave me hope.
As time went on, fear of rejection and abandonment shaped my life, even in subtle ways. I started creating patterns of pain, always attracting situations and people that confirmed my fears. It wasn’t until I found Family Constellations and Freedom from Self-Sabotage that I realized the key to breaking these cycles lay within me. Pain became my doorway to transformation.
